Wasim has an enviable track record of managing business development across the world, he has managed business in more than 25 countries across ASEAN, Europe, Middle East, Africa and South Asia. He started his global IT business development career back in 2000 by managing IT projects in Singapore, Japan & UK onsite. He moved on to live in Nairobi for couple of years and further to Middle East for five years. Last he worked with Indian IT giant Infosys, managing Business Development for its flagship Universal Banking Solution platform “Finacle” for multiple countries. Wasim has almost 20 years of experience, most of which is into Business Development, exception being the first job as a Computer Programmer back in early 90s.
Wasim lives in Bangalore these days and manage Key Client Engagements as a Director for Productiva India, USA & heads WK Associates LLP. He is a commerce graduate, and a post-graduate in business management, Wasim has a proven track record of driving large regions for tier 1 IT companies across the Globe. His strong network in Sales and BFSI community is exemplary, very versatile experience.
Shenaz W Khan Co-founder, Director
Shenaz is a BBA and MBA graduate from Bangalore University, a very successful and well-known entrepreneur. She is the founder director of PRODUCTIVA and manage it as a CEO besides being a strategic advisor to WK Associates LLP. Shenaz started her career back in year 1999 as an ERP Business Development professional in Bangalore market, she went on setting up “Medical Transcription unit” for her first employer Visesh back in 2000. Next she worked for an East African IT Education giant “IT Kids” in Nairobi, and further went on to Lead “Back office Sales & Marketing” for a Malaysian Electronics group in Middle East. She also had short stint of teaching management to Under-Grads in Middle East prior to initiate Productiva IT Solutions Private Limited back in May 2010.
Shenaz belongs to the famous “Scotland of India – Coorg”, she still owns and manage her coffee plantation back in Coorg. She has been an exemplary entrepreneur and inspire lot of women back in her native and around, and guide them to be an independent women. She participates in many social activities related to women and child issues and contributes to their education and social causes.
